To request the attendance of an elected official at a meeting or function, please fill out the Online Scheduling Request for consideration. This includes members of the General Assembly, a City, County, or Judicial officials.
To request a proclamation from Governor Hutchinson, please read the Proclamations Request Guidelines first and then submit a request using the Online Proclamation Request Form for consideration. Once they are submitted and approved, you will be notified by a member of our office.
Arkansas Traveler Certificate Request Form – UAMS Employees
The Arkansas Traveler Certificate conveys special recognition to out-of-state visitors who have contributed to the well-being of the State of Arkansas. To request an Arkansas Traveler Certificate, please fill out the form below, your request will go through an approval process, and the Secretary of State has the discretion to decline or approve any requests. Once they are submitted and approved, you will be notified by a member of our office.
